yoshinoya beef

i know how to make your meat taste like yoshinoya beef!

i've been making bento for lunch - i think the food that i cook is probably better than what is sold in the school canteen, if taste can be based on looks - and the pork i did today tastes like the pork version of yoshinoya beef!

i added mirin, soy sauce, pepper and MISO, and i think the trick lies in miso :) try it! i'm quite happy with how it turned out!
