stupidest law i've ever heard about

guess what? it's apparently illegal to ride on your bicycle and listen to music through headphones in japan.

WTFH?

i suck at cycling but i can certainly manage that with music in my ears, thank you very much!!

and if you get caught, you can be fined from 5000yen to 10000yen (or was it 50000yen, i forget). but either way, it's damn lot of money!

who the hell said that singapore is a 'fine city' should look at japan instead.. seriously.

i'm annoyed!!
